1. Can I backup files other than photos?
The backup system is designed only to backup photos in Aurora.

2.Why do I need an Amazon account to buy online backup?
The backup is stored on servers that belong to Amazon. Amazon is the one of the largest and least expensive means of external storage.

3. Is there a free trial of online backup?
Because storage costs money to maintain there is no free trial. The cost of backup is always very minimal and we encourage all users to try the service.

4. How do I buy online backup?
Aurora has a menu item “Set Up Aurora Backup”. Click on this item and follow the instructions. You will need a credit card and an Amazon account.

5. How do I stop my online backup service?
You will need to contact Amazon support to discontinue the account. It is *not* sufficient to simply turn off the feature in Aurora. The online backup service will continue even if you turn off your local computer.
