Both LightZone and LightZone - Basic create a log file while in use. Including this log file with your technical support request will greatly help us to address your technical support issue more quickly.

The location of this log file on your computer depends on which operating system you are using.

For Mac OS X, it's Library/Logs/LightZone.log in your home folder.

For Windows, it's My Documents --> LightZone --> LightZone.log unless you installed LightZone elsewhere.
